The course aims to show clear and simple regional cooking techniques. The goal is to teach the techniques and to demonstrate the preparation of typical Italian recipes. Get to know the old flavours & typical aromas of the Marchigiani area.
Hereby a short impression of one of the participants…
We had an Italian cooking lesson by a professional chef whereby all the ingredients were provided. Firstly, we were divided in groups; one for the "primo piatto", one for the main course and one for the dessert. The "primo piatto" was pasta, of course handmade! The main course was a delicious and succulent meat with a homemade sauce. The dessert was yoghurt with whipped cream.
The chef and his assistant explained the preparation process step-by-step and especially making the pasta was the highlight of the evening.
Finally, we enjoyed eating our self-prepared meal with some very fine wines!

The course aims to show clear and simple regional cooking techniques and the time can be between 3 or 4 hours.
