Hereby a short impression of one of the participants…
We had an all-in barbeque at our rental holiday home. We started with delicious anti-pasta which was prepared, with love and care, by the chef and his assistant. While preparing the barbeque and during the diner we could enjoy fine red and white wines selected by the chef. We were served quite an assortment of different meats. The grand finale was a very tasty dessert.
Everything was well prepared with lot of attention for not only the food and the wines but also the presentation. This was a chef with a passion for cooking!
