Truffeljacht
Experience a fantastic day truffle hunting with experts and their dogs in local woodland, then take part in a cookery course using your own truffles and sit down and sample local wines and a mouth watering menu based around your truffles.
Le Marche region are extraordinarily rich with truffles. You can collect all species that are permitted by law, in particular, the most valuable truffle Tuber Magnatum Pico - the white truffle and Tuber Melanosporum – the black truffle.
Programma & tijdsduur
Please note that there is quite some flexibility with the programme and the durantion. Your suggestions, ideas and wishes are always welcome.
10:00am hiking through the wood to find truffles
12:00am cooking class making fresh pasta with truffle sauce and wine tasting
14:00pm lunch including the freshly made pasta with truffle and a meat course, regional wine is included
16:00pm finish truffle hunting

Prijs indicatie
The price for truffle hunting is € 80 per person. Included in the price are:
- truffle cooking lessons held in English
- truffle hunting experience with dogs (minimum of two hours)
- wine tasting
- cooking class making fresh pasta with truffle sauce a wine tasting
- lunch including the freshly made pasta with truffles and a meat course regional wine is included
